This notice describes how the Spark & Scale website handles inquiries. Last updated October 11, 2026.

What you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, business or business idea, city, business stage, package interest and any message you choose to include. Please do not submit passwords, government identification, tax records, financial account details or other sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your request, assess the fit of our services and respond to you. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails or enter you into a competition.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database on Hostinger hosting and are available to authorized site administrators. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and server logs to operate and protect the website. The form uses a short-lived hashed identifier to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies and website services

This site uses WordPress and hosting features necessary for operation and security. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources and selected actions, while Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings of interactions such as clicks and scrolling. These services may process device and browser information, page visits, online identifiers and interaction data, including outside Canada. We do not send inquiry answers, names, emails, phone numbers or business ideas as analytics event data. Forms are masked in Clarity. Google advertising personalization is disabled in our integration. Analytics stays off until you accept; declining does not affect the forms or giveaway eligibility. Change or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Your preference is stored for up to six months; a short-lived submission marker helps count a successful submission once when analytics is accepted. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, use the contact form and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. Do not include identity documents in the form. Information may need to be retained where required for a transaction or a legal obligation.

2027 Founders Giveaway

The separate giveaway form collects your name, email, city, business stage and idea, together with eligibility and rules acknowledgements. We use this information to administer the draw, verify eligibility and contact the selected entrant. Ordinary service inquiries do not enter the giveaway.

Giveaway entries are private records in WordPress on Hostinger. We record the submission time and the rules version accepted. To enforce one entry per email, we retain a keyed hash of the email address alongside the private entry. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam; this form does not add advertising tracking.

Where the form offers promotional emails, consent is optional, unchecked by default and recorded separately with its wording and time. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect the odds. Entry does not authorize publication of your idea, story, name or image. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent through our contact form. Withdrawing an entry before the draw removes it from consideration; records needed to resolve a contest dispute or meet a legal obligation may be retained.
